private session training
Private Training Sessions consist of 1 on 1 training, within an agreed upon scheduled time window, designed to help individuals reach their own individual goals. Private sessions allow the individual to feel comfortable getting a grasp on gym etiquette, culture, and protocol by themselves.
virtual TRAINING SESSIONS
If you struggle with an inconsistent schedule, wish to try the gym on your own, or you find the commute to be too much, virtual training might be an option. Virtual training allows the trainer to write a program specific to an individual that they can follow at the gym on their own accord when convenient to them throughout the day.
GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
Group sessions are another great opportunity for personal training, increasing your physical activity while progressing alongside future-peers. Group workouts can help an individual operate in a more social and competitive environment that most find motivating. Groups will not exceed more than 5 people.
Nutritional coaching/meal plan
Dieting is a crucial part to reaching your fitness goals. An option to help guide individuals to reaching their goals faster is allowing a coach to have hands-on influence in what their clients are eating. These meals will be personalized and adjusted accordingly based on check-ins.
grocery store consultation
Some individuals have somewhat of a grasp on what is healthy and what is not, but others don’t. Making healthy choices isn’t always intuitive, therefore purchasing this package permits your trainer to ensure you are making the right food choice and even provide healthier alternatives/new foods that will help you achieve your goals.
